User Data Analysis in Python / Usability Test

Project Goal

In this project, our client is a telehealth startup, Our goal is to redesign the company home page to improve user engagement. We conducted data analysis and user interviews to generate four prototypes. Then, we carried out a usability test to provide a home page with better user experience.

Data

We have access to user data and web data. Besides, we conducted a phone interview to collect first-hand data from users.

We analyze four key data for the company.

Step two - User Interview

We did user interviews to gain first-hand feedbacks from users.

Step three - Prototype Design

We diesigned four prototypes for the usability test.
Adding recommendations from the data analysis and user interview.

Step four - Usability Test

In th e usability test , we divide the users into four groups.
